Peptides International's Poster Presentation for the 2015 American Peptide Symposium
APS Poster News
Be sure to stop by our booth (# 33) and poster at the 2015 American Peptide Symposium in Orlando June 20- June 25, 2015. Our poster describes the progress of our NIH grant funded research on developing novel Kv1.3 selective peptides for treating Multiple Sclerosis and other autoimmune diseases. Over the past two decades, we have utilized our experience at synthesizing disulfide rich peptides isolated from venoms as potential treatments for animal models of autoimmune diseases. In particular, Dalazatide, an analog of the sea anemone-derived ShK peptide has recently completed phase 1B human trials. Our poster describes the continuation of our work, designing more Kv1.3 selective ShK peptides.
